The unique position of Capitol in relation to Galactic Center and the standard triangulated points¹ bodes well for the water-born this cycle. Fertility will be enhanced² and commercial ventures rewarded³, while goals of a more individual nature⁴ will also be attained. Interspatial travel should be avoided, however, due to unique amplitude patterns caused by the galactic shift of the original constellation configuration. Those for whom romantic relationships are not forbidden⁵ should seek out partners born under Pisces or Gemini for optimal results.
